WHY THE GASPARILLA INTERACTIVE CONFERENCE?
In addition to Gasparilla Interactive, Tampa Bay currently hosts three annual events celebrating creativity each March. The Gasparilla Festival of Arts (1969), Gasparilla International Film Festival (2006), and most recently the Gasparilla Music Festival (2012) are all successful events illustrating the community’s love of creativity and the human passion that drives creative entrepreneurial ventures.
The Gasparilla Interactive Conference builds on this existing foundation, adding to the region’s diverse and dynamic culture a showcase event that will evolve and grow as creativity and innovation become the significant economic development driver for job creation and quality of life improvement in Florida.
